Standard refund terms
Products acquired from Fast Hosting Pro may be eligible for a refund if the cancellation request is submitted within 7 days from the transaction date.
For the purpose of this Refund Policy, the "Date of the transaction" refers to the purchase date of any product or service, encompassing the date of any renewal processed by Fast Hosting Pro in alignment with the stipulations of the relevant product or service agreement (Terms of Use). While you can request the cancellation of a product at any time, a refund will be issued solely if the cancellation is solicited within the designated refund period applicable to the specific product, if available. It's important to note: Certain products may carry distinct policies or prerequisites for refunds, including some products that are ineligible for refunds under any circumstances.
Non-refundable products
Products or services that have been suspended, canceled, or terminated due to misuse or violation of the Terms and Conditions are not eligible for a refund.
The purpose of the refund policy is to enable customers to assess whether Fast Hosting Pro's services align with their requirements. Nonetheless, Fast Hosting Pro will not tolerate misuse of the refund process (such as repeatedly requesting refunds for the same services, making repetitive bulk purchases and then seeking refunds, etc.). Fast Hosting Pro retains the right to independently reject a refund request if any indications of misuse of the refund system are detected.
Specific refund conditions for certain products
New Domain Name Registrations: You may request a refund if you cancel within four days of registering the domain (96 hours).
Domain Name Transfers: Refunds are only applicable if the transfer is unsuccessful and if the cancellation occurs within four days of registration (96 hours).
Special offer refunds
Fast Hosting Pro occasionally presents special offers, such as a complimentary domain with the purchase of a 12/24/48 months hosting plan. While domain refund conditions vary (as outlined in this Refund Policy), please be aware that Fast Hosting Pro reserves the right to reimburse you the difference between your paid amount and the value of the free domain. In such instances, you can continue using the domain name for the remaining duration of the billing period.
Special refund terms for payment methods:
Kindly take note that each payment processor has distinct policies and criteria for refunds, and certain payment methods may not qualify for refunds under any circumstances.
Please be aware that products acquired using the following payment methods cannot be refunded to the original payment source.
Balance refunds
Excessively funded balances are eligible for refund within 7 days following the payment that led to the surplus funding. In unique circumstances, alternative payments may be refunded in lieu of the original payment, provided that the 7-day timeframe is applicable to those payments.
Chargebacks
In the event that there is a decline, chargeback, reversal, payment dispute, suspicion of payment fraud, or any other form of declined payment for any payable fees within your account ("Chargeback"), this action will be considered a violation of your payment obligations outlined here. Consequently, you acknowledge and consent that Fast Hosting Pro may pursue all available legal remedies to secure payment. This may include, but is not limited to, immediate termination, without prior notice, of your Fast Hosting Pro account and any associated domain names or Fast Hosting Pro services that have been registered or renewed on your behalf ("Services"). Furthermore, this may lead to the deactivation of the credit card checkout option for your Fast Hosting Pro account, implemented as a precaution against potential payment fraud.
Should a Chargeback be initiated, your Fast Hosting Pro account could be temporarily blocked with no option for re-purchase or reuse, and any data within the account, including specific content, features, or capacity, may be subject to deletion and data loss.
Your access to Fast Hosting Pro Services and the ability to use credit card checkout will only be reinstated after:
- You verify the payment method used for the disputed transaction, either by providing:
- Evidence of the payment; or
- A securely censored photo of the credit card, revealing only the first 6 and last 4 digits.
- You settle all applicable fees in full. This encompasses any fees and costs incurred by Fast Hosting Pro and/or any third-party services for each Chargeback received, including fees for Fast Hosting Pro Services provided before the Chargeback, as well as handling and processing charges and fees associated with the payment processor.
Instances involving criminal fraud chargebacks or evident payment fraud (for example, instances where compromised credit card details were used for transactions) will result in a permanent termination of services with no option for recovery.
For any inquiries or concerns regarding a payment made to Fast Hosting Pro, we strongly advise you to initially contact our Customer Support team before initiating a Chargeback or reversing a payment. This precautionary step is intended to prevent the cancellation of Fast Hosting Pro Services, the blocking of your Fast Hosting Pro account, and the potential filing of an unwarranted or erroneous Chargeback. Such actions may result in your liability for relevant fees, as well as the need for re-payment of all fees associated with the Fast Hosting Pro Services you have purchased (and subsequently charged back).
We retain the right to dispute any received Chargeback. This may involve presenting the appropriate credit card company or financial institution with relevant information and documentation to demonstrate that the responsible User for the Chargeback indeed authorized the transaction and made use of the Services provided thereafter.
